Walking into True care feels welcoming. You have a sweet pup🐕 great you. The establishment is small but puts off great energy as do the employees. Otto and Courtney are wonderful! They helped explain everything very clearly. Never once did I feel not heard, or pressured to take something I do not have good experience with. My chronic pain has been a issue for me since middle school and I have not had a great experience explaining my struggles with doctors until now. I am happy to say this is a practice that I will definitely be going to in the future, even for my primary care. There is also a beautiful white kitty that will love on you in the waiting room if you let him come to you, as all cats🐈 prefer. 🤗

Dr Otto and his staff are truly amazing. I had an Appendectomy 3 months ago and am still feeling not great. He assured me what I need to do, simple with a salve. So helpful!! I’m so grateful he and his staff are so accommodating to us up here in SBS. I would miss the dogs, Megan and all the staff and of course Dr Otto. Thank you so very much!!
